Though some say it's "much better than other hotels in the area", that doesn't mean this hotel is more than a "clean" spot with a mostly "friendly" staff that's in a "convenient" location for "accessing the major roads" "for business trips"; if that's all you're after, you can disregard the "bad food", the "dated" carpets and wallpaper, the "noise level" and the "smell of cigarettes" even in nonsmoking rooms.

The hotel is updated, has nice furnishings, the beds are extremely comfortable, and it's nice to have Starbucks in the lobby.
Rooms are small and the food at the bar was overpriced.

The fact that the room wasn't checked for slow drainage in tub.
Great location. Great and fast room service. Not overcrowded. Very quiet, and a great opportunity for rest.

Got food poisoning for eating there!
The rooms thermostat had a mind of it's own, it never stayed warm even after they changed it. The Starbucks was sold out of food when I went to get something to eat for two days in a row. Then the hotels restaurant manager served me the some food that was undercooked & I got food poison! 911 was called after throwing up several times, two days later i started feeling better! ...read more

The bed and linens were wonderful.
Lobby was very noisy from a party and kids in the lobby.
Good location with easy on and off the highway. Free parking. Wonderful bed and linens. Reception was rather perfunctory with no smiles.
